The training Byron delivered to our staff was very informative and just what we were looking for. He tailored the course material to suit the level of knowledge we had, which meant everyone understood the content and we all learned something from it! Compared to other online training, this was more personable, and Byron divided up course structure into two manageable time slots so we could fit it into our busy schedules. Byron answered questions throughout, and he is clearly knowledgeable and up to date with all the latest requirements of the NCC and AS 3740.
